Strong Happens Beginner is a great introductory program for those getting back into a regular strength training routine that can be done in the comfort of your own home. This program offers 12 weeks of workouts with new programming blocks offered every two weeks. This is a 3 day per week program that only requires a few dumbbells, ankle weights, and a booty (short) and long band. Strong Happens beginner is will prepare you for future strength training programs. You will not be disappointed!​

Strong Happens Intermediate program offers 3 days a week of strength training along with two days of cardio with the goal to get stronger in the gym as well as build your work capacity (with cardio) which in turn will allow you to lift heavier and become fitter over the 12 weeks. This is a great gym or home based program that is appropriate for the intermediate client that is still developing skills with a barbell (can replace with dumbbells) and learning overload techniques. If you have 6-12 months of gym experience, this program is appropriate for you!

The Strong Happens 2.0 Intermediate Program is designed to take you to the next level with your strength. With new overload techniques released every three weeks, you can rest assured that you will be building muscle and setting new PR's in the gym over the next 12 weeks. This program is for any female that has at least a year of strength training under her belt and is comfortable with a barbell. Get ready to be challenged and have fun on this incredible 12 week journey. 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.

The Strong Happens Advanced 1.0 program is for the advanced lifter that want to build a strong physique with advanced overload methods that target every muscle group evenly over the 12 week program. If you are a female who is comfortable with a barbell and machines and has a minimum of 12-18 months (recommended) of consistent training with heavier loads, Strong Happens 1.0 is the program for you. You will be introduced to new overload methods that have been tested for decades by the greatest coaches in the world designed to build muscle set new PR's (personal records) over the 12 weeks period. Learn the key concepts of resistance training while building overall strength. This gym based program requires that you have access to basic equipment that you would find at most commercial gyms (dumbbells, cable column, bands, Leg Press, Leg Extension/Curl, etc.).

This program is for the female intermediate lifter that is comfortable in the gym with a barbell. Get ready for 12 weeks of workouts that rotate every three weeks. This program is gym based offering four days per week of upper/lower body workouts. There are new periodization/overload techniques introduced every three weeks. Get ready to get some serious gains and hit new PR's with this program. It definitely brings the heat! Strong Happens 2.0 can be done with or without completing Strong Happens 1.0 although we recommend doing them in order as they were designed. 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.

Strong Happens 3.0 Gym is another 12 weeks of new programming with advanced overload techniques as we have seen in Strong Happens 1.0 and 2.0 (advanced). You do not need to do these programs in order to be successful, however, for optimal results, we do encourage completing them in the order they were designed. This program requires 4 days in the gym with the workouts being around 60 minutes. A minimum of two years in the gym and being very comfortable with a barbell are prerequisites to this course. You should be in good health without any major injuries that you do not know how to work around. This program is designed to build muscle and help you break through training plateaus offering new overload methods every three weeks. If you are a seasoned gym goer- this program is for you! 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.

Strong Happens 4.0 is the final 12 weeks of this advanced gym programming. It was designed to build optimal muscle and overall strength in all of the compound lifts using challenging overload techniques used by the best strength coaches over the decades. This program is for the female who has a couple of years of barbell training under her belt and ready for a challenge. With new overload methods introduced every three weeks, this program will keep you on your toes and finishing the 12 weeks stronger, leaner, and setting massive personal records! 12 weeks duration: 4 strength days per week with new programs rotating every three weeks.
