Course outline
WEEK ONE
Introduction of the course - We will have an overview of generalized nutrition and what to expect over the next nine weeks as well as instruction on how to use My Fitness Pal, how to track measurements, progress pics, etc.
WEEK TWO
We dive right into the macronutrient modules that make up our food (protein, fat, and carbs). How does each macronutrient assist in body composition goals and what ratios should we aim for when planning our meals. Further we will cover the pros and cons of popular diets such as intermittent fasting, keto, and time restricted eating.
WEEK THREE
We turn our attention to the importance of both Strength training and cardio for proper fat loss as well as how to properly do interval training, applying the right effort in the gym, and hydration needs for each.
WEEK FOUR
We introduce our Clinical Psychologists specializing in Behavior and habit change for long lasting lifestyle changes. We will also cover which supplements are worth investing in and if they have any immediate benefits with fat loss as well which ones are a waste of money.
WEEK FIVE
We cover the benefits of quality sleep in regards to body composition, overall health, and recovery. We will also educate you on how to determine your own energy budget.
WEEK SIX
We are back with part two of our behavior and habit change module as well as discussing the topic of Menopause and how this affects our body composition, nutritional needs, strength goals, and more.
WEEK SEVEN
We introduce the massive topic of the negative effects of extreme dieting known as RED-S (often referred as low energy availability). Advanced calorie tracking options will also be covered.
WEEK EIGHT
Our final behavior and habit change module will be discussed as well as what training nutrition looks like for different goals.
WEEK NINE
We finish off with a conversation around reverse dieting and what maintenance looks like after a fat loss phase.

I have done the fat loss group in the past but wasn’t as consistent as I was thing time around and the results speak for themselves. I was determined to dial in my macros and eliminate any margin of error by weighing all of my food, prioritize protein no matter what and follow the workouts diligently. IS THIS ONE-ON-ONE COACHING?
This is not individual coaching. This is a group coaching program that allows weekly questions/trouble shooting with your coaches. We love this approach as it is more cost effective and allows you to begin this transformation with a support team of women who are all on the same journey.​

I AM LOOKING FOR A MEAL PLAN. DOES THIS PROGRAM PROVIDE ONE?
We do not provide a meal plan in this program, as this course is designed to empower you with the knowledge you need to plan your meals moving forward without relying on someone else to do it for you.

I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO A GYM. IS THERE A PROGRAM OPTION FOR ME TO DO AT HOME?
Yes! Both of our beginner and intermediate programs offer at home strength training versions.

I AM LOOKING FOR AN ACCELERATED WEIGHT LOSS COURSE. IS THIS THE RIGHT COURSE FOR ME?
No, this is not a fast paced weight loss course. This course provides the tools to arm you with the correct and healthy way to lose weight sustainably over a lifetime.
WHAT EQUIPMENT IS NEEDED FOR THIS COURSE?
If you are working out from home, you will need the following: dumbbells (preferably a few different weights), long resistance band, short resistance (booty) band, swiss ball (optional), and a TRX (optional).
